You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance teams to meet delivery schedules, cost targets, and high standards of regulatory and customer requirements.
verseeing surface- mount technology (SMT) assembly lines, production processes, and quality management.
With oversight spanning SMT, PCB/PCBA assembly, inspection, and packaging lines, you&039;ll drive continuous improvements in efficiency, product quality, and team performance.
- Drive cost optimization through waste reduction, labor productivity, and efficiencies across processes.
- Liaise with engineering teams for capacity expansion, new product introduction (NPI), and process validation.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification standards
- Lead and oversee day‑to‑day operations of SMT production lines, PCB/PCBA assembly, inspection, functional testing, and final packaging.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, FAI, and corrective actions.
- Manage production planning to meet capacity, lead time, and cost targets while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- Maintain production KPIs, performance dashboards, and regular reporting to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma) to reduce cycle time, scrap, and downtime.
- Supervise and develop production supervisors, line leads, and operators.
- Manage health, safety, and environmental compliance in the factory.
