Factory Manager

- Manage and oversee the overall factory operations which shall include Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing/Processing Systems, Materials, Quality Assurance/Control, Human Resource, Information Systems, Warehousing and Security. To report any findings or remedies to the director in charge if there is any.
- Make recommendations and implement infrastructure and procedural improvements to conform to local laws, WRAP certification requirements, Buyers requirements and others such compliance requirements as may be mandated by the Director
- Assist the Director of Whitex Garments (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. to set up, commission, operate and manage the factory as planned by the Director and shall be answerable to him for the day to day operations of the factory.
- Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations to meet international standards certification and Buyers Compliance requirements.

- Graduated from University
- Well organized; self-motivated, careful
- Age 45 and up
- Can Read, Write and Speak English
- 10years experience.
- Communicate verbal and written English; good interpersonal skills
