Roles & Responsibilities
As a Fashion Designer Leader, your main responsibilities include:
- Create General Moodboard, Inspiration, Style proposal base on collection direction and follow for shooting concept, graphic ideas for Key campaign.
- Creating and overseeing the design process for new collections, ensuring they align with current trends and consumer preferences and consistant with brand direction.
- Conducting market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles and potential opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as merchandising and production, to develop and execute design concepts effectively.
- Leading and mentoring a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of design work.

- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Fashion Designer or similar major.
- At least 5 years of experiences as Fashion Design, Senior Fashion Design or simiar roles
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in fashion design, including trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities to conceptualize and develop innovative fashion designs that align with the brand&039;s aesthetic and vision.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and manufacturers, to ensure the successful execution of designs.
- Excellent technical skills to create detailed sketches and renderings, as well as proficiency in computer- aided design (CAD) software, CLO3D design.

Working time & Benefits:
