Fashion Design & Production Intern

Technical Support in DesignAssisting with Technical Drawings:- Support the design team by creating and refining technical drawings for garments, ensuring that all specifications are accurately represented.- Collaborate with designers to understand the technical requirements and assist in translating design ideas into detailed technical drawings.
Record Keeping and OrganizationSupplier Feedback Maintenance:- Maintain organized and up- to- date records of all feedback provided to suppliers, ensuring easy access for future reference.- Create a systematic filing system for feedback documents to enhance efficiency and clarity in communication.
Cross- Department CollaborationFeedback File Construction:- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to gather feedback on samples and production runs.- Compile and organize feedback files for international suppliers to ensure clear communication and understanding of quality standards and expectations.Supplier Communication:- Assist in communicating feedback to suppliers, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and documented for continuous improvement.- Help coordinate follow- ups with suppliers based on feedback provided.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in fashion production processes and quality control.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in sketching and using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
