Position Overview:The Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media platforms with a primary focus on building brand awareness and driving sales through social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and other livestreaming platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can leverage social media to enhance the brand&039;s presence, customer interaction and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Plan and produce livestream events and campaigns to drive engagement and sales on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
Create engaging, high- quality content (videos, images, copy) for social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand&039;s goals and targets the desired audience.
Brand Awareness:
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media and digital efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Increase brand visibility and recognition through innovative and consistent content.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
Social Commerce and Sales:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through social commerce channels.
Coordinate with the e- commerce team to ensure a seamless shopping experience from social media to checkout.
Analyze and report on the performance of social commerce activities, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
Community Engagement:
Foster a positive and interactive online community that aligns with the brand’s values.
Engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand’s reach and credibility.
Build and nurture a community of followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Use data- driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
Provide regular reports on content performance, audience growth, engagement rates, and sales conversions.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and social commerce activities.
