F&B Sales Manager/ Quản lý kinh doanh ẩm thực

- To manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the resort
- Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts
- Support driving Marketing & PR initiatives for all F&B outlets and other assigned tasks
- Ensures the smooth running operation of the Wedding/Events Section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters
- Provides after- sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- 1 year of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experiences
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred
