Take guest’s order from any food & beverage outlet menus and ensure guest’s billing accurately as standard.
Ensure that you are aware and informed of all FB products.
Fully understand the team goals and objectives, ensuring that the maximum is done to achieve the targets
Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the L7 standards.
Recommend and upsell daily special.
Ensure to be a professional middle host between management and host keeping in mind goals, rules and regulation and objectives
Approach the work with empathy, and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
Complete any other duty assigned by management.
Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus and F&B day- to- day activities/ special.
Maintain at all times the highest standard of personal manner.

Good at English speaking
High school education
