Feature Management, Operations - ShopeeFood

Perform testing the features to ensure features meet expectations before releasing
Work closely with other operations teams to ensure the feature is delivered in the right way and improve the business at the end
Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company & actively identify operational issues and come up with feature solutions/improvements
Maintain documentation of the features of the department
Evaluate all feature requests from Operations departments and properly foresee the plan for change management
Create detailed plans for feature rollouts, including scheduling and risk management to meet the timeline with no issues
Overseeing the operations feature request pipeline, ensuring efficient feature deployment, and maintaining comprehensive documentation

1+ experience in a technology- driven industry, with a focus on feature management or project management
Analytical and detail- oriented
Good at task organization and multitasking skills
Knowledgeable in test processes is a plus
Can- do attitude
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
