Field Application Engineer (Onsite In Tokyo)

Collaborate with sales personnel to complete product and solution PPT presentations, demo presentations, and technical exchanges;
Familiar with integrated circuits(MediaTek Chipset), be able to support project pre- sales work independently, fully understand customer needs and coordinate with technical departments to customize solutions for customers;
Onsite in Tokyo, Japan about 1 year (visit Vietnam once every 3 months)
Collect customer on- site needs or problem phenomena, conduct preliminary technical analysis, and provide feedback to the company&039;s R&D department;
Regularly summarize project requirements, assist in promoting project implementation, and establish benchmark cases;
Based on past project case experience, industry understanding, and technical application, explore customer need;
Familiar with Vehicle IVI system and be able to provide suggestions and opinions to customers in Vehicle IVI system development.
Responsible for answering technical questions related to MediaTek Chipset about Vehicle IVI system from customers, providing onsite technical support or application solutions to customers;

Familiar with MediaTek chipsets or other maker’s chipsets such as Qualcomm;
Bachelor&039;s degree or above, majoring in computer related fields;
More than 3 years of work experience in the IT industry; having experience in FAE support;
Work in Japan Tokyo, English communication is fluent. Janpanese communication is a plus;
Having a strong sense of teamwork, time management, confidentiality, and high efficiency in execution;
Solid technical foundation, Familiar with Android system (AOSP);
Priority will be given to those with various IT technology certifications or project management certifications (PMP).
Be able to adapt to business trips;
Familiar with IVI products, and corresponding software and hardware. Having HW design experience is a plus(Such as Qualcomm/Mediatek chipset);
