Field Service Engineer

Promote machine upgrade option to customers
Supervise Krones equipment and Krones partner equipment installation according company standards
Work independently and autonomously on a task and within the working environment
Follow safety standards and GMP regulations at any time
Take over any further task within Krones Vietnam service department requested by head of department
Actively assist when it comes to design changes/improvements in collaboration with the designer
Execute machine overhauls and re- setup machines after completion
Maintain company assets and equipment
Provide technical training to machine operators at the customer’s site
Support the improvement of quality to companywide quality standards
Actively participate in problem solving to analyze the cause of disorders. Be able to issue disorder reports
Identify and rectify disorders, if necessary with support
Full service reporting after job completion
Encourage measures regarding process/procedure optimization; to advise and implement to develop and optimize work stages
Inspect machines for overhaul and spare parts
Installation, set up and commission individual machines of the Krones product portfolio depending on the technical specialization of the technician (e.g. filling technology) under the guidance of an experienced service technician at the beginning and later independently
Provide technical support to customers
Perform troubleshooting on the Krones range of individual machines and also partner companies with their supplied equipment
Support sales department in their activities

• Hands- on experience with any kind of mechanical tools
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Experience in mechanical works in the field preferred
• Basic organisation and time management skills
• Self- confident and friendly manner
• Basic understanding of fluid technology and knowledge in pneumatics
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving competence
• Holistic and cross- functional thinking
• Profound understanding of mechanical drawings and part lists
• Capacity of teamwork with different departments
• Solid technical understanding of food and beverage industry is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively in Vietnam and also abroad
• Good English language skills for internal communication
• Bachelor or higher in technical field (mechanical, mechatronics)
• Experience with welding works
