Field Service Engineer – Kỹ Sư Dịch Vụ Kỹ Thuật (Cơ Khí - Cơ Điện Tử)

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi
THE ROLE
• To contribute to profitable growth in product and services revenue, through engineering consultancy, technical support, and mechanical services work.
RESPONSIBILITY
• To conduct condition monitoring system delivery at customer site.
• To execute on- site all type of reliability technical services (condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, condition- based maintenance, mechanical… services).
• To conduct on- site product training and technical training to customers
• Coordinate with SKF Product Centers and in other countries for projects in Vietnam which involve multi- international parties.
• To conduct plant audit, site survey to submit solution proposal (technical and commercial) and to present and demonstrate the solution to prospective customers in a knowledgeable, professional manner.

Qualification
• Having Vibration Analysis ASNT or ISO CAT I, II is an advantage.
• Diploma or higher degree in engineering disciplines (preferable in mechanical, mechatronic)
Specific experiences
• Experience in vibration analysis is an advantage.
• At least 4- 5 years’ experience in maintenance field and/or working in service contract.
Skills & Competencies to be successful on the job
• Mechanical or Mechatronic engineer or related field.
• Good computer skill (MS office: excel, word, pp is a must).
• Know how about computer interfacing, data communication via Ethernet, Internet, GSM, modems are a plus.
• Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power, Oil & Gas,) or field service, application & maintenance engineering is preferred.
• Project management skill is a plus.
• Good communication skill at all organizational levels is essential. Good communication skill in English and computer skills is mandatory.
• Strategic thinking, self- motivated, able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills- able to interact well with all levels of customers and able to build report.
• High energy level with good time management and planning skill.
