Field Service Engineer (Kỹ Sư Hiện Trường)

Provide on- site customer support to ensure the successful installation and operation of customer’s metrology and inspection systems in the semiconductor industry. Also to perform troubleshooting and repair of metrology and inspection tools. This candidate will handle service issues related to various products, working directly with customers and local representatives. The candidate will fully support customer service needs and maintain service excellence.

Test production and diagnostics system software
Coordinate rapid response on service- related issues to both internal and external customers
Produce Engineering Change Orders
Prepare service reports promptly to document issues and ensure effective resolution
Work with internal and external resources to generate product documentation including service manuals, technical support bulletins, and field service procedures
Provide on- site field service support at customer facilities worldwide to address tool installation, emergency repair, warranty, and service contract work
Prepare and conduct service- related training for internal and external customers
The job involves up to 75% domestic and international travel
Report system design issues to improve tool performance
Performs other duties as assigned

· Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in a technical field like mechanical or electrical engineering

Prefer minimum 3 years of field service experience in equipment- related support in semiconductor or related industries. Direct fab experience is a plus.
Strong hands- on skillset in optical system alignment, fine- tuning, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of optical metrology
Must be self- motivated, a team player, and capable of multi- tasking
Must have strong hands- on mechanical and electrical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot failure in equipment and sub- systems.
Must be customer- focused, proactive, organized, and a logical thinker
Demonstrated good customer interaction record with strong presentation and communication skills
Robot teaching or fab automation is preferred.
Required Language: Korean/ Chinese / Taiwanese

- Participate in the training program in the US after taking up the job
- Working time: From Monday to Friday
