Field Service Engineer - Mechanic

Installation, set up and commission individual machines of the Krones product portfolio depending on the technical specialization of the technician (e.g. filling technology) under the guidance of an experienced service technician at the beginning and later independently2. Perform troubleshooting on the Krones range of individual machines and also partner companies with their supplied equipment 3. Provide technical training to machine operators at the customer’s site 4. Provide technical support to customers5. Actively assist when it comes to design changes/improvements in collaboration with the designer6. Support the improvement of quality to companywide quality standards7. Work independently and autonomously on a task and within the working environment8. Identify and rectify disorders, if necessary with support9. Actively participate in problem solving to analyze the cause of disorders. Be able to issue disorder reports 10. Encourage measures regarding process/procedure optimization; to advise and implement to develop and optimize work stages11. Supervise Krones equipment and Krones partner equipment installation according company standards12. Inspect machines for overhaul and spare parts13. Execute machine overhauls and re- setup machines after completion14. Promote machine upgrade option to customers15. Support sales department in their activities16. Maintain company assets and equipment17. Follow safety standards and GMP regulations at any time18. Full service reporting after job completion19. Take over any further task within Krones Vietnam service department requested by head of department

Must have:
• Experience in mechanical works in the field preferred
• Profound understanding of mechanical drawings and part lists
• Bachelor or higher in technical field (mechanical, mechatronics)
• Basic understanding of fluid technology and knowledge in pneumatics
• Hands- on experience with any kind of mechanical tools
• Experience with welding works
• Solid technical understanding of food and beverage industry is preferred
