Field Service Team Leader/ Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

- Train / guide for team members
- Interact with PM/CM for well driving project
- Support manufacturing at GES VN.
- Manage team(s) to do installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification,re- location …machines onsite.
- Manage tool/Jigs/parts at site.
- Provide engineering consulting / solution to customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Installation / setting up machines, equipment at customer sites

- Do interaction (discussion/ meeting) with CM to align and report on the work progress

- Do supervision on working environment to ensure safety for all team members

- Support Troubleshooting all technical issues

- Support manufacturing as assigned by Group Manager / FS Director

- Do checking and making approvalon daily report for team members

- Manage tools and Jigs that company has provided for team(s)

- Do training for new members
- Do periodically review and evaluate on team member’s skill and performanc
- Make SOPs, work instruction

- Do assignment, arrangement tasks for team members

- Support preventive maintenance

- Do supervision on working progress /quality to meet CM requirement

Education:
- University Certification or above (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation)
Experience:
- At least 3- 4 years experiences
Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of:
- Technical (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation/ Mechatronic …)
- Management (intermediate level)
• Skills and Abilities
- English: Communication
- Being able to read and well understanding technical documents / drawings
- Being able to work with a team
- Being able to travel frequently.
