Mô tả công việc

***Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintaining Bystronic machines at customer sites and repairing electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Installing Bystronic machines at customer sites: ready for start- up according to the Bystronic requirements
• Assembling electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations
• Completing and communicating required reports such as:
- and installation documentation in the CRM.
- Service reports and support request forms
- customer feedback
• Instructing customers on
• Following and initiating quality improvements per ISO guidelines
- machine safety
- simple maintenance at customer locations
• Any local & additional responsibilities
• Giving the customer technical advice if required
• Requesting spare parts from stock and the respective delivery to the customer
• Being responsible for solving and tracking quality complaint
• Assisting in the consultation of sales and service offers
• Supporting the installation and operation of machines on fares and exhibitions
• Assisting the customer with physical activities (such as loading/unloading equipment)

• Technical knowledge (see skill matrix):
- Ability to understand and read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings /schematics inde-pendently.
- Basic understanding of
- Ability to differentiate between CNC / PLC, as well as to read/recognize and use the viewer soft-ware of those.
• Safety
• IT/Software: DMS, CRM, LMS & Microsoft Windows
• Trouble shooting
• Mechanical Engineering

• Others (special skill & requirements):
- Readiness to travel approximately 80-90%
- Have a flexible schedule and work overtime or weekends if required
- Driving license

***Educational / Professional Qualifications
• Technical school, apprenticeship, college or bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
***Work Expereinces
• Work experience of max.1 year of related experience in mechanical engineering, laser cutting/ bending technology preferred.
