You are the one who guides and trains employees in skills, shares knowledge and experiences to help employees understand the ingredients and properties of products so that they can best communicate to customers.
Scope of Responsibilities
Main mission
Assist to develop a sales force through delivering sales technique training courses to the Beauty Advisor team (BA) in order to ensure effective business.
Conduct monthly in- house training, ensure line programs and product knowledge to match with Brand standards.
Internal training (beauty advisors for B2C market, sales teams for B2B market)
External training (partners and retailers’ staff : chains of pharmacy, cosmetic chains, beauty stores)
Support other activities including livestream & photo shooting.
Support to prepare training materials and modify training guidelines.
Conduct field coaching (in- store coaching) to keep the engagement with customers staff, our Beauty Advisor and ensure products knowledge are well understood and transferred to end- users

Do the on- site training and conduct field visit:
Check visibility in stores including POG, stocks, competitors, Beauty Advior grooming and attitude.
Ensure the knowledge of brands is acquired and leveraged to develop brands engagement and serve shoppers shopping missions within the scale of stores.
Train and transfer brands and products knowledge for customers’ stores staff
Prepare the contents, material, and tool kits (including samples, leaflet, in- store POSM) for each field visit.
Plan and follow the route list of field visits in accordance with the business needs daily, monthly, quarterly.
Coach & reinforce our Beauty Advior’s brand knowledge and selling skills.
Do the internal training of the team: Plan and provide proper training with a double objective to better understand the brand, products/pathology and sales techniques.
Preparing slides and providing training for the sales team, Beauty Advisor team, Ecom & Marketing team on a regular basis.
Organize product tests periodically and report results for KPI assessment.
On- board training for newcomers.
Plan class training with our customers:
Scheduled team training on a regular basis with our customers or according to their proper demand.
Organize external training or customer conferences with presentations and logistic preparation of: Meal, Point Of Sales Material, Standee, Gifts, Gimmicks….
Coordinate with key partners (chains of pharmacy, cosmetics chains, beauty stores)
Be in charge of checking technical information for promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, visual aids, PR articles…).
Translate and localize training materials
Other duties as assigned and/or requested.
