Film Sales Admin Specialist

Document & Contract Management:
Assist with organizing film screenings, industry events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and external engagements.
Maintain timelines for contract renewals, terminations, and alignments with release schedules.
Prepare, review, and track contracts related to film distribution, including agreements with producers, service providers.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, filing, paper works and managing correspondence.
Ensure all contracts and documents are properly stored, updated, and handled with confidentiality.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure contract compliance, timely execution, and payment schedules.
Support Sales Activities and reporting:
Help prepare materials for client meetings and follow up on action items as directed by the Sales team.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with film distributors, production companies, and other industry stakeholders.
Provide support in addressing client inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Analyze data related to film sales, distribution channels, and audience preferences to support strategic decisions.
Assist in creating sales presentations, pitch materials, and promotional content for film projects.
Provide support in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
Market Research and Analysis:
Compile and summarize research findings to aid in developing sales strategies.
Conduct research on film industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
