Finance Accountant Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager for The Representative Office in HCMC Working location: Hybrid/ HCMC Responsibilities: Manage finances departments. Provide back- office services: accounts payable, collections, payroll. Execute daily financial requirements. Monitor cash flow and company&039;s financial status. Work with other departments to maximize sales and minimize costs. Control pricing. Manage monthly and annual reporting, budgeting, and re- forecast processes. Provide financial insights to aid decision- making. Present financial reports in key meetings. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures. Balance accounts and maintain accurate ledgers. Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Complete VAT returns and prepare invoices. Monitor office expenses and cash receipts. Research financial reports and market trends. Minimize financial risk to the company. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations. Identify cost- reduction opportunities. Provide custom quotes from suppliers within specified timeframe.

Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field. 10 years of finance experience including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports. Experience in back- office administration. Ability to deliver reports on scheduling, costs, and planning. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) (A MUST). Integrity and honesty. Understanding of data privacy standards.
