- Manage, supervise control over operation the accounting department in accordance to the accounting rules and local and tax regulation as well as group’s regulation.
Give the direction and guidance to tackle the issues incurred in the course of work
Manage, coach and give directions in accounting works to the team members
Cooperate with the relevant departments to resolve the related issues to make smoothly day to day operation of the department.
Review Weekly Report/ Monthly report to ensure that the reports are prepared timely and in accordance with local regulation or IFRS.
Coordinate, support and prepare the annual budget.
Work closely other parties including internal audit/external audit, legal and tax consultant, tax authority and other legal officers.
Work closely with Finance Director for improvement projects including improvement of current processes in Accounting Department to enhance efficiency or coordinate with other related departments (Purchasing, Production or IT, ect) for automation projects and strengthen internal control and process within the Company.
Review and analyze report to figure out the prevention actions to mitigate errors in the course of work.
- Work closely with Finance Director and ensure smooth day to day operation of Warehouse
Guide warehouse supervisor to solve daily issues
Coordinate and work with Production team and warehouse for improvement on efficiency.
Review weekly and monthly report from warehouse to ensure that data is accurate and timely
- Carry out the operation and management of human resources of the department to ensure human resources are sufficient in number and meet the minimum necessary competencies to complete the work.
Consult, discuss, reconcile when the internal discord occurs in order to ensure a friendly working environment and solidarity between members, promote team spirit.
Assign and arrange works for employees in the department. When necessary, re- assign and re- arrange works to suit the actual situation of job demands and employee capacity.
Train/track training for new employee on process / job- specific and integration with the team.
- Perform other job- related tasks as assigned.
