Finance & Accounting Supervisor (General Accountant)

1. Manufacturing Costing

- Record stock out of raw materials

- Calculate cost price out of materials, finished product, sales revenue and costs

- Calculate costs of goods sold

2. Analysis cost of goods sold

3. Reconciliation inventory between in-out-remaining report and Detail Ledger

4. Stock count observe & minutes

5. Fixed Assets, short - term and long - term prepaid expenses

- Bookeeping, recording at allocated expemse ledger

- Recording and cheking Detail Ledger of assets

- Checking & reconciliation costs allocated and the Detail Ledger

6. General Ledger

- Checking & reviewing all General Ledger

7. Deducted unreasonable, invalid expenses, to control costs and accrual expenses.

8. Report

- The report of comparing raw materials used between actual and norm

- Raw materials of work in progress report

- Statistic report: Monthly

• Industrial manufacturing activies


• Foreign direct investment activities

- Statistic report: Quarterly

• Implementation of investment capital report

- Statistic report: 6 months

• Labour and income report

- Statistic report: Yearly

• Manufacturing & trading report


• Report on contribution of charter capital


• Report of industrial manufacturing activities

- Land rental, land tax (declaration)

- Declaration CIT of quarterly

- Declaration of WHT

- Settlement and finalize CIT declaration

- Report upon request of higher level

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:         Bachelor degree or higher

Major:                 Finance & Accounting

Language:         English (Medium to advance level)

Computer skill: Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, power point)

Other skill:        Strong analytical skill, Management skill, Interpersonal skill, Self - motivated & organized
