Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Finance Business Partner and serve as a key liaison between the FBP department and the business unit. Your primary responsibility is to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to drive business performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting:

Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and highlight variance against target or decrease MoM, WoW growth with corrective recommendations.
Review regular reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into the financial health.
Join the Finance and Business team to develop budgets and financial plans aligned with company targets.

Strategic Planning and Decision Support

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision- making such as pricing, cost structures, investment, etc.
Communicate financial insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of different audiences.
Support the management team to understand the financial and operational performance.

Process Improve and Efficiency

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes, making recommendations for enhancements as needs.
Implement best practices and tools to optimize financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities of operations.

Required degree/experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in Spreadsheet (Excel, Google sheets),
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in Finance Analyst

Other conditions

Experience and familiarity with Finance of FMCG, Retail company would be a plus for this position.
