Finance Analyst

Mission:

Being a Senior Finance Analyst supporting Company in maximizing their strategic investment for growth through performance management, decision support, developing business models, strategy formulation and putting strategy into action.
Duties and responsibilities
Budgeting and planning:

Competencies
Knowledge & experience:

At least 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting field
Have experience on analysts transform data into insights that drive business value
Retail, F&B industry experience with Retail operation, Marketing, Supply chain, Merhandise, Financial

Functional skill:

Business analysis
Data analysis
Critical- thinking and problem- solving
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships

Technical skill:

Microsoft Office and Excel
ERP, FAST system knowledge is a plus
Present skill

Required backround & Atitude

Office skills: Windows, MS Office is must have; Power BI and ERP knowledge is a plus
Language: Fluency English with minimum English Intermediate level
Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
Attitude: Customer Centric Business mindset Can do attitude Persuasive, professional communication
