Finance Analyst (Commercial)

A Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for gathering financial and commercial data and providing assessments and analysis of the data for commercial insights. This position is a contact point between Finance and Commercial teams to assist in driving the positive financial business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial KPI tracking: 50%
· Calculate monthly Incentive for all departments in the company.
· Collaborate with Sales Ops + Accounting team to track sales performance including Volume and Operationals KPI
· Collaborate with data team to ensure KPI visibility on BI tools for commercial purposes
· Compare actual performance with target KPI and do gap analysis
Pricing control: 30%
· Control category mapping and product visualization on BI tools
· Price revision for all product categories and announce to relevant teams
· Benchmark to update price from competitors and price setting process
· Coordinate with Supply Finance & Other functions to update cost drivers for pricing model on monthly/quarterly basis
Ad- hoc Tasks: 20%
· Support in deal & contract approval
· Other financial analysis assigned by Finance Planning & Analyst Manager or Head of Finance
· Track promotion and campaign effectiveness
· Support in forecast planning and cascading to commercial teams
· Support to provide reporting visibility
· Support in launching new products

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and can- do mindset. Commercial mindset is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance position.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
