Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain-Productivity

This position will play the role as Finance Analyst/ Business partner for Supply Chain department.
Support Productivity manager to provide deep dive spends analysis for seeking the savings

Deep dive on spends analysis, quantify and identify opportunity areas within the organization and propose for the cost savings implementation.
Focus on opportunity areas specific to asset utilization, idle asset, efficiency improvement and rationalization of supply base across three plants.
Identify areas to rationalize supplier base for Indirect Materials, focusing on PoSM and Cooler management.
Evaluate the cost associated with warehouse, haulage and logistics delivery made to regions, by various sub-channels and pursue opportunities.

Business Partnering with Supply Chain for distribution cost management

Chiefly liaise with logistics partners to analyse any Business Case when required.
Analyse actual freight costs against BP/RE/PY on time and with quality.
Prepare COE reports for quarterly meeting with Function Head/SCM and highlight over-spends with insightful explanation.
Support Logistics and Procurement partners to identify risks & opportunities and co-ordinate with productivity manager to validate saving cost monthly with full alignment. Alert senior managers if any risk vs. RE/BP.
Closely work with Supply Chain and support them to deliver distribution cost for Actual/RE/SBP/BP based on Zero-Based Work (ZBW) as per timeline with high accuracy

Business partner & Financial reports

Provide management the insightful analysis with relevant reports for decision making
Monthly Freight cost completed and review with functional head before actual, RE, BP submission.

Familiar on SAP ERP system
Self-motivated, diligence and resilience
High degree of maturity, confidence, with strong communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
Independent and hands-on, with around 2-3 years work experience in operational roles Business Partner to SC is preferable
Team player, business acumen enough to have whole business overview & understand impact of decisions & actions to the whole business
Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written in English
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
Solid hands-on analytical experience with detail-orientation, preferably from FMCG industry
Flexible working hours and ability to work under intense pressure
MBA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA is preferable
Good skills in Microsoft Office Application especially excellent in using of excel formula
