Finance Analyst

Position: Accounting/Finance Intern Department: Finance Department Report to: Chief Accountant/ Finance Manager Work location: Factory at Tam Thang Industrial Zone, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province PRIMARY JOB TASKS ✓ Allocate product- related costs, such as steam, thermic heat, utilities...norms appropriate products to ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis. ✓ Ensuring data is loaded into the reporting system accurately and on a timely basis ensuring that all timelines, processes, and controls are adhered to, in line with company policy ✓ Conduct variance analysis to monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. ✓ Provides variance analysis on current Plan/Forecast versus previous Plan/Forecast. Assisted the Finance Planning & Analysis Controller in all matters relating to Plan and Forecast submission and presentation. ✓ Verifies and ensures Plan and Forecast are accurately uploaded into Fusion, including Profit and Loss statement, Headcount, Net Working Capital, Capex… ✓ Participates and prepares Integrated Business Planning (IBP) monthly. ✓ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality ✓ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems ✓ Making report, analyst reports based on requests from leaders or another department ✓ Locate and define new process improvement opportunities ✓ Other jobs required by leaders

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE ✓ Bachelor’s degree in economics (Accounting, Finance) ✓ At least 3 Years of Experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting ✓ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. ✓ Work independently and proactively ✓ Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills required ✓ Good in English communication QUALIFICATION ✓ Bachelor’s degree in economics (Accounting, Finance)
