Finance Analyst

Monthly Actual- Forecast Analysis:

Other analysis (Quarter over quarter, Year over Year…)
Perform monthly financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
Monthly actual vs. forecast preparation.

Budget Preparation and Business Plan Validation:

Working with project/sales/back office for annual budget preparation.
Working with operation and skill team for Business Plan validation.

Project management

Cost control, tracks, analyse and controls the cost associated with projects.
Manage all projects financial performance/progress reports.
Tracking profitability by creating a budget for each part of project.

Financial analysis support

Prepare and analyse variance and movement for management.
Analyse balance sheet statement, compare balance by period, write comments for significant increasing/decreasing. Analyze financial ratios.
Analyse the profit & loss statement and profit margin.
Analyst the cash flow statement, loan and interest.

Any others tasks as assigned by Head of Department based on Business&039; requirements.

University graduated, major in Accounting, Finance; Economics;
Good analysis and problem- solving skills.
Good at English (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office (Word/Excel, Power Point).
Good communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, presentation, coordination…)
Good understanding of Financial Reports (Income Statement/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow)
High team- work, flexibility, carefulness and capability to learn new concepts, good learning agility
Integrity and trustworthiness.
At least 02 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance field in foreign invested companies
Good leadership, management, business acumen,
