Ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, including coordinating audits and acting as primary contact for auditors and advisors
Create reports and variance analyses. Identify investment opportunities
Develop policies, standards, and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures concepts and Provide leadership and management to the business unit, within the scope of the position&039;s responsibilities.
Create forecast models based on current and past financial results
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices
Provide the focal point for advice and technical expertise in financial management, including the development of policies and procedures.
Continuously improving financial processes and identifying and enhancing efficiencies in processes
Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager/CEO/Board of Directors
Maintain key relationships with banks, auditors and other third parties.
Develop financial models, taking legal limitations into consideration
Establish key performance indicators and monitor ongoing performance.
Manage the budgeting processes to monitor, control, approve and evaluate costs, revenues and cash flows.
Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray our group in a positive manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience for entry- level positions (Experience in working for startup is a plus)
Excellent management, time- management, and problem- solving skills.
Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize
Strong communication skills and extremely self- motivated when managing communication channels
Ability to work with a broad range of people including major donors, Board members, foundation staff, colleagues of the CEO and staff, and others.
Conversant in English (speaking/writing/reading), PC literacy
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well- written manner.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high- stress environment
Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
