Finance and Treasury

This finance person must be quick professional with great time- management and multitasking abilities. It is with his diligence and competence in the work to make in order of all the financial task of PMO.
PMO is in the organization of Durr Paintshop Systems Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. We are looking for a competent finance person to support the finance related work where work location is in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. You will be the one to be responsible for handling invoice monitoring, documentation, and treasury related jobs to fulfil the local requirement in finance and taxation.
Key Result Areas
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the financial and treasury matters by ensuring all assigned financial works are carried on timely and efficiently. This job needs to work overtime from time to time.
Supporting the external tax advisor for correct booking and tax filing, responding for the request timely.
Release payroll to PMO employees by instruction.
Ensuring timely payments from PMO, timely communicating with the local bank to facilitate payments.
Other treasury work
Invoice monitoring, filing the supporting documents for issue the correct invoice to customers.
Good communication in responding to the request from the local tax authority and prepare the documents during the regular tax filing, and PMO closure tax audit.
Accounting and tax documentation work

- Functional Area: Finance
- Education: Graduate, Degree in finance/accounting or relative field
- Experience: 3- 4 years in similar position, multinational enterprise experience is a plus
- Skill Set:
Excellent Communication Skills internal and external in English and Vietnamese language
Have the strong responsibility sense and detail oriented.
SAP skill is a plus.
