Finance Business Partner

Strategic Financial Planning:

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Provide variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with department heads to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct in- depth financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision- making.
Prepare and present financial reports to business leaders and stakeholders.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:

Develop dashboards and performance metrics for ongoing evaluation.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business unit performance.

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

Partner with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Act as a bridge between finance and non- finance teams.

Business Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Support decision- making through scenario analysis and financial modeling.

Risk Management:

Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of business decisions.
Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices and financial trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably in a dynamic business environment; having at minimum 1- year experience in the same role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
