Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Finance Controller you will be responsible for :
• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
• Providing financial analysis to business unit management for business decision, in particular:
Partnering with VA team in client hunting for Finance view to ensure company strategy and profitability
Developing and ensure the process for promotion management across all clients
Partnering with Commercial and Service team in promoting business performance in both top line and bottom line
• Supporting the preparation of management reports
• Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
• Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong financial modeling experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong multitasking skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Analyst
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem- solving skills
• Ability to work independently
Experience and familiar with Finance of FMCG company would be a plus for this position.
