Finance Business Partner Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited

• Business development and change management support in a dynamic operational environment including sales pricing for any new services or changes in scope for existing clients
• Be a professional business partner who work closely with respective stakeholders regarding all financial related matters from revenue to cost along with giving valuable insights in order to enhance the business
• Business process improvement support in both Operational and Controlling & Finance areas
• Working closely with the Operations management team to have timely and accurate reporting and insight on key commercial KPIs
• Provide information to management by reconciling and summarizing data, preparing variance and root cause analysis on KPIs not met and recommending measures
• Producing regular management planning and financial reporting documents from headcounts planning to complete P&L

• Good commercial understanding and strong business acumen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ideally with previous experience of working in a business partnering environment
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Agile mindset, comfortable adapting to change and driving innovation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP, previous experience of building and developing internal reporting highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Business fluent in English
