ABOUT ROLE
Fully in charge of Finance and Accounting departments to ensure compliance with regulations, and provide financial guidance to support business objectives.
Work Experience: At least 4- 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting roles, with specific experience in logistics/distribution, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

Position: Finance Controller cum Accountant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance:
Monitor market trends and economic factors affecting the organization.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision- making.
Oversee and manage the activities of the Finance, Legal Compliance, and Accounting departments.
Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee day- to- day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and soon with payroll.
Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes.
Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk assessment and management strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Provide financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.
Accounting:
Ensure a smooth operation in Accounting department, especially for all areas: Later income, Fixed Asset, Tax, Cost, and Invoice control.
Stay current on accounting principles and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
Ensure the accuracy, and deadline respect for internal & external reporting.
Manage funding relationships with investors, banks.
Legal:
Consulting and drafting legal documents related to the company&039;s organizational structure and shareholders.
Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract and related documents.
