Finance Controller

Budget and Revenue Controller:

Monitor the execution of budget and advise appropriate adjustments;
Oversee purchasing procedures, coordinate with other departments for reviewing purchasing contracts;
Any other responsibilities and ad- hoc reports by manager.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenue and expenses, provide analytical review to executive management;
Reviews and keep track of budgets and strategic plans of all units/departments;

Financial Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze budget and revenue data in comparison with actual data for the trend, variances.
Develop financial management reports to provide helpful information periodically;
Explanation of business performance against budget, prior performance, and market conditions.
Review performance measures and develop plans for financial growth.
Analyze accounting reports to find risks issues in performance, as well as propose to manager improvement needs;

Proactive, strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, ability to multi- task.
The ability to make good judgments and quick decisions, analyzing and solving skills, risk assessment skills.
Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable in an intense, fast- growth startup environment, and handling information with a high level of confidentiality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
Highly collaborative with team orientation; flexible in personal interactions at all levels of the company.
Minimum of 2- 3 years working experience in Finance, knowledge of Technology market is preferable.
