RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for business decision- making.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company strategy.
Lead the FP&A team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long- term financial plans to ensure effective utilization financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
Treasury Management:
Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposures. Create financial opportunities to generate financial benefits for company.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and funding to ensure operational efficiency. In charge of Tax matters.
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
Investor Relations:
Maintain relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
Prepare financial statements, presentations, and reports for investor meetings.
Provide guidance and support to the Investor Relations team.
Financial Accounting:
Manage the Financial Accounting team, including month- end and year- end closing processes, financial reporting, and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
Drive the implementation of new financial tools or systems as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize SAP and other financial systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure Financial and Accounting policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global standards, complying with risks management and internal control policies.
Establish and implement internal controls that meet international and industry benchmarks.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
At least 10 years of experience as similar role in manufacturing.
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems.
