Finance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
Support data collection and reconciliation for budgeting and forecasting.
Assist in preparing sales reports and profitability analysis for key brands

Accounting Support

Assist in invoice processing, reconciliation, and document management.
Help maintain financial records to ensure compliance with company policies
Support the accounts payable and receivable process.

System & Process Improvement

Utilize Power Query, Power BI (PBI), and SQL to support data analysis and reporting.
Support documentation of financial processes using Visio to improve workflow visualization.
Help maintain and update financial databases and tracking tools.
Assist in testing and monitoring finance- related system improvements.

PERSONAL SPECS

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience or willingness to learn Power BI (PBI), SQL, and Visio for data analysis and process mapping.
Business English
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem- solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Open for 3th or 4th year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics major or a related field.
