Finance Intern (6 Months)

* Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Adhere Company Safety Rules
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Work with Share Service Center team (Colombo- Sri Lanka) to make sure cost properly and accurately classification
Support to perform monthly trend and account analysis
Adhere Company quality systems
Having the authorities within the assigned function
Assist to implementing appropriate process and guidelines to ensure compliance with IFRS, VAS requirements.
Review all invoices enclose supporting documentations is accuracy compliance with legal requirements and make sure all transactions are under authorization
Support process payment to supplier on time and accurately
Support to work with External Audit & Tax Audit to ensure smooth audit
Book AP for non- PO transaction

- Eager to get the job done, exceeding expectations
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong work ethic: High integrity and honesty
- MS Office and other applications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, SAP
- Skills: Analytical, Organizing & planning, Multi- tasking
- Technical knowledge: Local Accounting & IFRS, Tax
- Language: Intermediate communication in English (verbal and written)
