Finance Manager

The position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the property service strategy and be responsible for the overall accounting operations, financial planning, operations management and analysis activities affecting performance of the business while maximizing the return on investment. In addition, he/she creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the property and brands business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.
Responsibilities

Business Partnering: collaboratively work with respective Business Unit leaders (HOD) to prepare yearly budget, business plan, propose new procedures / policies to support the business effectively.
Other assignments required by the Department Head.
External partnership: properly deal with local authorities, government office on Tax declaration and finalization; external audit for property statutory audited FS and internal audit of Corporate Office.
Internal Controlling & Compliance: ensure that all transactions and financial statements are appropriately accounted for and presented in compliance with Vietnam’s government laws and the Company’s policies.
Budgeting, Reporting and Analysis: monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting, budget and mid- term plan; gap analysis; frequently review and analyses related reports to ensure the effective operations of company and tally to the approved budget.
Finance & Accounting Operations: daily accounting operations, financial forecasts, budgets, consolidation, cash flow and both local and group reporting.

Experience with SAP, BI and Casino Management Software is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance preferably with additional Master Degree. CPA/ ACCA qualifications would be a plus.
Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Fluent spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
Must be familiar with VAS & IFRS.
Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work to tight deadlines, strong customer service orientation with high sense of urgency.
Solid experience in local tax regime.
Good communications, computer knowledge, organizational skills, negotiation skills, problem solving ability, analytic, good planning.
Solid experience equivalent with 10 years and above in high pace MNCs (casino/real estate / hospitality / property management is preferable), with a minimum of 8 years in management role.
