Scope of job: Taxation, book keeping and financial activities support and coordination at Lotte Chemical Việt Nam
Managerial tasks:
Supervision of job related tasks and subordinate, included erp system ’sap’ and other job ruled tasks
Composition, rearrangement of job related tasks, and job description
Keeping clearance of my area and workplace
Supporting management and maintaining of financial reporting system
Setting employee needs, participation on related job interviews
Subordinate’s labor time management (presence check, missing employees administration , overtime, holiday allowance and administration in line with company policy
Performance evaluation and training needs
Composition of tasks, structuring and coordination
Providing information for colleagues, listening to their opinion, operating internal communication flow
Reporting employee problems to hr department, employee conflict management
Main duties/ professional tasks
If needed, company’s financial transfer after final approving from managing director (payment, and debit collection etc.)
Other tasks related to the company’s financial activities
Implementation and supervision of accountancy rules, invoices, money transfer first level approval
Reporting timely, accurate and relevant financial, management information
Management of mid- term and end- term revisions
Contact with external partners (nav, audit, legal representation, financial institution)
The implementation of company objectives, plans, management, controlling and evaluation of finance department’s operational duties
Fulfillment of tasks related to outgoing and incoming invoices, accountancy control
Fulfillment of financial closing, cost accounting, tax calculation etc.
Reporting and bookkeeping according to korean and ifrs (international financial reporting standard) principles
Major ledger controlling and reporting to director (ar, ap, inventory etc)
Creating and updating financial internal regulations and issues
Cooperation of financial issue with head quater’s financial team
Fulfillment of budgetary expectation, fixed assets management control
Responsibilities
Actively supports and contributs the quality, environmental and safety programs to ensure continous improvements
Responsible for ensuring that the colleagues unders his direction effectively support the organization&039;s integrated policy and aims set by development goals.
Employee must know and support the policy of Lotte Advanced Materials Integrated Management System and the quality, environmental and safety efforts and goals of the company. Comitted to achieve the objectives set by the organization
As leader employee is responsible for deadlines and for the observance of the quality, environmental and safety requirements
Takes responsibility for and continuously monitors the work safety conditions and requirements of the subordinate employees. Continuously monitors and ensures that employees working under his direction work observed the company&039;s instructions, safety and environmental rules.
Liable to do everythin in his own competency to avoid environmtantal emergenices and accidents at work. Employee must get acquainted with the safety and emergency procedures of the organization and observe and accomplish the rules. In case of accident or incident occurs employee must act in accordance with the emergency plan.
With exemplary and proactive attitude leaders egg the colleagues under their direction to environmental and safety- conscious behavior during the work.
Employee must know and comply with internal safety and environmental instructions of the organization
