Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise the financial activities of the company in Vietnam.
Maintain proper document filing in accordance with local compliance regulations.
Verify, allocate, and post entries, reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain the general ledger, and conclude books according to VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards).
Act as the principal finance personnel and liaison to support company operations in Vietnam.
Collaborate with the accounting manager to facilitate both internal and external audits.
Demonstrate proficiency in accounting and reporting tasks, including posting entries and maintaining financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards.
Exercise control to ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Hold a bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Accounting.

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of financial operations.
Proficiency in VAS, with a minimum of four years&039; experience in a CPA firm (preferably a Big 4 firm). Preference will be given to candidates with a Vietnamese CPA certification.
Minimum of four years of experience in financial roles.
