Finance Manager

To support the company’s management to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Provide financial reports and interpreting financial information to management team with recommendation of further action
Develop and manage financial systems/models
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost- reduction opportunities.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Control income, cash flow and expenditure
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus.
Experience in the financial sector or working with the bank are preferable.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience as a Financial Manager/ Senior Finance Specialist.
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Proficient user of finance software.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations in Finance/Accounting.
