RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Management (Manufacturing)
Direct and oversee the operations to ensure manufacturing equipment/machines with availability, reliability, efficiency with the most cost efficiency, including but not limit.
Ensure equipment availability/realizable.
Provide timely suitable equipment.
Automate machines, tooling internal fabrication.
Well equipment/tooling/Spare part management.
Well manufacturing project management: Timing and meet expectation.
Best energy management.
Provide suitable technical spec, capacity, capability equipment.
Maintain and improve equipment in good condition.
Establish and accountability for the KPIs, cascade and follow up with team members to ensure the expectations are met.
Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the Spare parts/Manpower meet the expectation and minimize impact to production activity.
AM/PM/CM
Lead the Team to perform the root cause failure analysis and investigations (CAR) properly.
Lead to ensure the completion and compliance of Preventive Maintenance activity.
Lead the Autonomous Maintenance activities.
Lead to review and revise the Work Order to improve the Preventive Maintenance quality regularly.
5S AND IMPROVEMENT
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:
Accountability for DMAIC
Propose and lead team to implement the improvement ideas and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and save cost.
Initial and leading improvement’s project
Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all- time.
Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work
EHS
Direct and oversee all the daily operations of:
Follow and comply with the Environment- Health- Safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics
Mechatronics
Experience:
8+ years of relevant working experience in PPM (Maintenance in manufacturing companies with at least 3 year of managerial/leadership experience
Abilities:
Experience in maintenance management for manufacturing machines
Experience of deployment PM/AM pillar, spare part Inventory control
R&M cost control
Equipment lifts time and maintenance policy identification.
Advanced AutoCAD
Good experience at: Automation and electronic equipment: PLC, Inverter, Driver, Step motor, HDMI
Language: Ability to use English for business communication. Chinese as a 3 rd language, is a plus.
Experience in managing contractor management: SOW, JSA, Contract onsite management in the scope of manufacturing maintenance.
Experience in leading manufacturing project.
