Finance Manager (Manufacturing Field, Working In Hung Yen)

Job Description:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our finance team to ensure effective financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for overseeing various financial processes and budgets to mitigate risks and uphold our company&039;s financial standards. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights to maximize business opportunities and support decision- making within a designated business unit. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and leadership abilities will be essential in driving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess issues and develop effective resolutions to meet financial objectives, maintaining proper controls for analysis and forecasting models.
• Lead, facilitate, execute, and analyze complex financial planning and analysis projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the finance department and company.
• Manage and coach a small team of finance associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and performance.
• Provide comprehensive financial review and analytical support to a designated business unit, identifying areas for optimization and proposing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
• Manage local statutory requirements and support annual financials and audits to ensure compliance with local government regulations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Deep knowledge of operational cost- related matters and extensive experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor&039;s or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience working with global manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in finance, with demonstrated management experience.
