Finance Manager

Finance Manager of Bonfiglioli South East Asia (BSEA) and Assistant CFO of Bonfiglioli Vietnam (BVN). You will have the full management on the daily Accounting, Controlling and Finance activities for BSEA. Furthermore you will give Support to BVN CFO
*** Supported by external consultant, you will manage:
- Ensure smooth and sufficient credit lines for Operative Capital needed and for Capital Expenditure Requirements
- Manage the Transfer Pricing Documentations to minimize risk in Transfer Pricing non-compliance in related-party transactions and pricing
- Cash and Banks management
- Assets Management
- Account Receivables
- Preparation of yearend Reporting Package for Headquarters
- Financial & Accounting support to CFO/Country Managers
- Complete all financial reports complying to Singapore (and Vietnamese) GAAP and IFRS
- Daily communication with Italian Headquarters
- Preparation of yearend Statutory Financial Statements
- Management of local AFC consultants and Audit company
- Preparation of the monthly reporting to parent Company
- Any other activity connected with administration
- Account Payable
- Daily General Ledger accounting and bookkeeping
- Payroll accounting
- Daily and monthly tax compliance: quarter and yearly Tax Return (VAT Return, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax), Tax Refund (VAT and Import Tax) and claim Tax Incentives
- Cash flow supervision
*** Software knowledge:
- SAP/FI-CO will be best prerequisite
- Microsoft Office
Business fluent English in writing and speaking is mandatory

- Bachelor/Degree in Accountancy (or Economy)/ACCA level would be preferred
** Experience:
- At least 6-8 years work experience in Accounting, Finance and Controlling area, better if with experiences on multinational environment
** Direct report Hierarchically to BVN CFO with Functional report to Country Manager/HQ AFC
** Job site: Binh Duong with possibility of Travel in Singapore

Salary bonus 13th -14th – 15th
