Finance Manager - Purchasing

This role requires an individual who is highly independent, out-going with strong ability to interpret the needs of the Sourcing department into Financial related and required objectives. They will work as a business partner with Sourcing while also required to collaborate with various other teams to provide the information needed on a timely basis.

qualified accountant
implemented KPI targets for performance measurement and various other management reports
hands on type of person who and detailed oriented
conducted regular reviews with department or team leaders (for both local and overseas management team)
working knowledge of Oracle
strong MS Excel ability
5 to 7 years manufacturing environment preferred
worked with or knowledge of Procurement function will be preferred
costing back ground and understanding of a Bill of Material structure
Vietnamese native speaker, strong oral and written English (Mandarin language would be an added bonus)
ability to analyze and breakdown supplier cost structure to help procurement evaluate supplier quotations (breakdown material, labor, overhead, profit element)
