Financial Accounting and Statutory Reporting
• Perform input for credit committee (AR review, credit limit).
• In charge for statutory audit – twice per year (interim, final).
• Manage all aspects of the financial accounting activities (group book-keeping, AR, AP, GL, monthly closing).
• Be responsible for working with customer for cash collection, Bank guarantee.
• In charge for VAS books (Conversion from group to VAS).
• In charge for some internal reports, tax reports, other local reports.
• Be a SPOC to work with GBS (Accounting Share Service team).
Treasury
• Advise/ consult stakeholders to embed tax compliance and propose to mitigate tax risks.
• Manage for government audits (tax, state audit).
• Facilitate documentation to support dividend payout.
• Be responsible for group tax report review and comments.
• In charge for insurance following global insurance program.
• Be responsible for all banking transactions (hedging /deposit / payment review and verify). Update bank mandate if any change in approvers/accounts.
• Be a key contributor for tax or state audit, support to customs audit.
• In charge for TP reports.
• In charge for group cash flow.
• Be responsible for all local tax reports (VAT,CIT,FCT,…) key contact point for any tax related matters.
• Be responsible for effective funding plan, hedging plan, deposit plan,… Monitor and supervise the Company&039;s cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity is maintained.
Internal control and compliances
• Ensure company to comply with all tax regulations.
• Coordinate Control Navigator and coordinate other control reports from BCT, Finance BCP, BIA.
• Ensure compliance with local, group treasury policy, CN (treasury area) – frequently.
• Review and update Tax & Treasury policy.
• Support for compliance of other company’s policies (travel, G&E, ABAC, procurement) as a final gate.
• Perform master data house-keeping (driven by GBS).
• Ensure the compliance for Control navigator (Financial Accounting related part), for FA related policies, for other group policies (GRF, Recharge,...).
• Review and update Payment policy, Credit management policy, DOA.
