Finance Officer

- Update bank credit limits and bank loan details into the CILC system.
- Check account balances at all CILC’s bank accounts.
- Prepare bank transfer orders, including domestic and overseas remittance.
- Update exchange rates and interest rates in the CILC system.
- Contact banks to update daily interest rate quotes.
- Prepare LC opening application, LC amendment application, and LC payment.
- Receive bank documents.
- Prepare loan orders and bank loan repayments.
- Record customer&039;s bank deposits into CILC/CITC system, receiving money from the virtual account.
- Arrange and store bank documents and related documents systematically.
- Prepare the fund for disbursement and expenses paid.

- Good communication, positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, thoroughness, meticulousness, have the habit of double- checking.
- Agile working style, proactive in work.
- Graduated in Finance or Banking, with 1 year of experience in the Financial industry.
- Fluent in English with 4 skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Good office computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
