Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Support asset growth management, funding, and capital planning to enhance the company’s balance sheet effectiveness.
Analyze financial investment activities within treasury operations, proprietary trading, and derivative business segments.
Prepare and assist in managing daily and monthly performance reports, analysis reports, and portfolio reports.
Participate in BI reporting projects, including the development of data mart, automated reports, and BI dashboards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial analysis and support.

Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
A professional, open- minded, and eager- to- learn attitude.
1- 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably at securities firms, or auditing at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields is required.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to structure tasks effectively.
