Finance Planning And Analysis (FP&A)

POSITION

Develop analysis reports and ensuring the internal control in place to mitigate the risks.

BASIC FUNCTION

Dealing with internal and external auditors.
Preparing and controlling annual budget.
Ensure necessary internal control to mitigate the risks and in full compliance.
Preparation management reports to analysis, control budget and detect non added value expenses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly review and control costing, ensure the smallest difference between the standard and actual cost in SAP.
Internal Control assessment & facilitate with relevant functions on the implementation of internal control measures. Analyze financial statements and detect risks in operation as well as propose the improvement needs.
Other ad hocs analysis reports assigned by Financial Controller.
Working with internal and external auditors.
Prepare and manage annually budget to ensure company’s departments meet their budget, review the added value for each type of expenses, monitor the variance between the budget and actual.
Prepare monthly management reports to analysis factory financial performance and department performance (such as P&L by products, Expense analysis reports, Direct labor report, Capacity utilization, etc).
Cashflow management to ensure the forecast accrurancy.

KEY RELATION

Maintain close coordination and relationship with the other departments.
Auditors, Bankers, Tax officers, customs department and government officers.
Work performance should be in accordance with standing procedural instruction and company policies

Good in English
Microsoft Excel proficiency and worked for an EPE are an advantage
Working at supervisory level (Costing/ VAS reporting/ Cash management) for at least 7 years
Ability to work independent, in team or under pressure of time.
Experience working with Internal & External Auditors and Tax Officers
Experience working with ERP Software
