Finance Staff

Summary:
- Responsible for management, local statutory financial reports and local tax filing according to local tax laws.
- Ensure corporate internal control procedures are properly followed.
- Work with finance manager establishing financial policies and procedures.
- Being key role to support finance manager for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends.
Job Description:
- Support for inventory count and fixed assets count;
- Service as a power user knowing the details and mechanics of the financial systems;
- General ledger booking for accrual and amortization based on enough supporting;
- Archive financial document and other job assigned by manager;
- Ensures prompt monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing according to Vietnam tax law;
- Arrange AP payments based on payment term and financial policy;
- Ensure to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by outside auditors
- Issue invoice to customer and book into ERP/AR aging management including long aging overdue follow up;
- Validate and scan AP invoice and expense claim to china AP and china Cashier;

- Graduated from University with related subject.
- 1-2 years working experience in multinational firms and/or accounting of manufacturing processes/or manufacturing company.
- Pro-active, independent and a quick learner.
- Fluent in English.
- Numerically strong, good analytical and conceptual skills; ERP experience is an advantage
