JOB OBJECTIVES:
A Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements based on the Australian Accounting Standards. This role involves working closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Transaction Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and manage cash flow.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, and prepare for audits.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Statements preparation:
- Conduct general accounting (Monthly journals and accruals, Fixed Assets).
- Payroll for Australian entities.
- Complete Balance Sheet reconciliation for Australian entities and International entities excluding Vietnam.
- P&L Preparation for Australian entities and International entities excluding Vietnam.
- Review Balance Sheet for non- Australian entities.
Corporate Governance:
- Monthly Tax calculations.
- Covenant reporting preparation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Financial Accountant.
- Supply of information for Tax returns.
- BAS / FBT Provision of information to external accountants.
- Audit preparation and coordination in line with AASB&039;s.
- Internal Audit Process and coordination.
- Support and cooperate with the Finance- Accounting Department in specific tasks.
- Drafting of accounting policies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of Accounting software and Excel.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Financial or Accounting and related background.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
SKILLS:
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in English (04 skills).
